Cakes
1. Whilst we can cater for special dietary requirements all our cakes are baked and decorated in a kitchen where nuts are present and therefore cannot be guaranteed nut free for allergy sufferers.
2. All cakes are baked fresh to order without preservatives and freshness cannot be guaranteed after the event date.
3. Pink Rose Cakes cannot be held responsible for the completed cake once it has been collected or delivered and set up at the venue.
Payment
4. A 50 per cent non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
5. For wedding cakes the balance is due no later than two weeks before the event.
6. For celebration cakes the balance is payable upon collection.
Cancellation
7. If you cancel for any reason you will be liable for any special items ordered and any work already begun.
8. If cancellation is two weeks or less before the date of the wedding or celebration you will be liable for the full balance. If you cancel more than two weeks before the date of the wedding or celebration and have paid the balance in full then you will be entitled to a 50 per cent refund.
Mailing List
9. If you sign up for our mailing list, your email address will be stored by Pink Rose Cakes and you will receive occasional promotional material from us. 10. We will not pass your email address on to any third parties.'
